I did hear from the DOL as well...answered everything as best I could. It appears from what I could gather PSI is not complying with the Service Contract Act and the DOL is trying to make them adjust the pay to match prevailing wage plus employee benefits. Its been several months now we have been required to keep a timesheet as an employee with no change in pay or benefits. So, if anyone else is being contacted, please cooperate with the DOL.
