Back pay - Candy cane Posted: Mar 3rd, 2016 - 6:39 pm In Reply to: accounts - anon
Considering PSI was ordered in October to change everyone's status to employee and come into compliance then, which they obviously did not, they looked for ways to continue to gain at our expense. They are laying off everyone out of state because they don't want to have to pay state taxes. Some of these contracts are worth millions of dollars and that's what many MTs don't understand. I encourage everyone to look up your prevailing wage for your area and that is what PSI owes you in back pay for the last 2 years! PLUS an additional $4 an hour for the benefits they didn't provide to you! I think everyone should request this as severance pay! And please report them to the IRS for not paying your employment taxes! If we can't keep our jobs, then PSI should go down as well!
