that are hiring for INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS, but then start talking about SHIFTS. Sorry folks, but that's not how it works as an IC. You give me TAT and I give you work within that TAT. You can't tell me when to work. If you want to do that, then you MUST pay your share of my taxes. Otherwise, GO POUND SAND!!!!
