a company needs to cover their workload. Then in that case they need to hire EMPLOYEES, not ICs. Not expect the MT as an IC to adhere to a schedule for the convenience of the company, regardless if the MT picks the schedule or not. It's still a schedule. As an IC you shouldn't have a schedule whether it be one you pick or one the company picks. IMO it's just another way to cheat us and dump all the tax burden on us.
