Your platform is changing to voice recognition, so exciting! That was the e-mail a week ago. Since then, nothing! No e-mails to explain how anything will work, training, transitioning, computer requirements (as some of us do not have the proper OS), just crickets! How is it they can make such an impactful announcement and then they offer nothing to follow up? I know a lot of us on our current account/platform have been there a very long time so this is all very new to us. It just really ticks me off that they drop a bomb and do nothing to ease the trauma.
