Actually, the above post does provide a good scenario that you will want to ask about in a conference call or team meeting or whatever. Ask what the procedure is for when you get a report that has to be typed straight because the VR did so poorly. Once in a while, I will get a report that has to be redone completely because the VR is so off and basically I just have to email my supervisor with the job # and state the case. This usually happens when somebody dictates on the wrong number.
