I think most of what they do is on the up and up legally. Minimum wage is guaranteed and if there's no work you're off the rest of the day following the OOW protocol.
I have wondered about the deductions taken from our checks regarding the platforms. Over months and months this is a fairly significant amount of money.
I personally have not experienced anything I wasn't already told of in advance or in writing.
Nuance isn't employee and family friendly in my experience, but this surely isn't a basis for a class action lawsuit.
