The rest of it may be null and void. They can treat us how they want and they are good at covering their butts, but I am pretty sure they made a mistake about the -5% deducted from pay for having a "good platform." What were they thinking?
They did the same to 2 other platforms but ended up just making a whole different grid for one platform (lower of course) when the gals protested a -15% deduction!! Pretty sure that is not legal either.
I am not there now but they did the -5% thing for about a year. I actually have the exact dates, start and stop, for this. I thought about billing them for that, in my case is about 900$.
If the N is reading this, which I am sure they are, it would be wise to pony up the money you deducted from our paychecks for a year because we had "good platforms." After all, that is like deducting a percentage from someone's paycheck because they have a more comfortable office chair or work station allowing them to be more productive. Better hurry!!!
