Question for Former TSMs - disgruntled Posted: Mar 2nd, 2016 - 9:08 am
I noticed a few former TSMs responded in posts yesterday and wanted to pose a question to any of you willing to shed light on a question (I posted this in another thread, but it's getting pretty far down on the board). I'm wondering why TSMs allow the cherry-picking to go on? There must be some reason for it that isn't obvious to me and I'm highly curious as to what that might be. Is it just to keep the peace, so to speak? Favoritism? They simply don't care as long as the work gets done? Why do TSMs turn a blind eye to this unfair practice that is very frustrating to those MLS who aren't participating in cherry-picking?
