With my workflow, if I pull a report, don't like it, and throw it back, then I just get it right back when I pull another report.
I cannot "hang onto the report" because I have no place to put it whilst I do another report (other than temporary hold and it comes right back to me anyway).
As far as "throwing back reports," I will do that when I have 5 minutes left on my shift and I pull a long report that I obviously cannot get done in 5 minutes.
Or if I pull a long report and have 5 minutes until break, yes I will throw it back because then I work entirely through my break (1 hour) and get off schedule, taking my break later when perhaps nobody else is on for my accounts - I work eves/nights.
I've got to wonder how it is that people cherry pick. Not that I want to, but throwing back reports doesn't work. I just keep getting them back again.
Maybe you are talking about another platform.
