The story is the same for all of us. We have put in large amounts of time to master the ESL and bad dictators on an account, lost money doing it too because of production pay. What then? We lose the account to another service.
So experience NO LONGER equals money. We are all struggling. The system is stacked against us. The pay structure is set up to keep our pay down.
It's a revolving door for many of us and it will not get better because the better dictators are gleaned off the system as they no longer need to be edited. What is left for us are bad dictators that VR can't and will never be able to do.
I lost an account about 3 years ago to touch screens and canned text. So between VR and touch screen canned templates, all that is left is bad dictators. They want to hire as little human bodies as possible because it is more profit for them.
