rush sometimes because they are not so sure of the words themselves and figure they can just gloss over those spots. The other thing that drives me crazy is when they try to spell things...it rarely helps. The thing that helps me the most is to have the same ESL several times, so I hope you are getting some repeats. I also save copies of reports (with all personal identifiers removed of course) from difficult dictators in KeyNote (similar to OneNote). Then I can search for key phrases to see if I can figure out what they are saying.
