And overall, a fear-based management style thrives on lack of information and harassment. If you work in an office then it might work differently since you have more access to company information, but those of us who work at home have only what we see on the computer and what management feeds to us. We have to seek our information elsewhere, like from fellow MTs in chat rooms. Not all of the points in the article would apply, but the overall gist does apply to major work-at-home MTSOs, definitely Nuance and MModal.
