CS probably has a Facebook page or a group dedicated to CS coders. Also, if you are currently a student, they have a student forum via their website. My thought on the $10 an hour is that if you became a direct hire you could make at least $15 per hour in your first job. When you finish a course, you should not need an additional training program, you should be ready to go to work. Who are you working for at CDP?
