Imagine someone monitoring dictation and getting the patient's name and very personal medical history and having a show like 60 minutes or Dateline confront the doctor and hospital. That would open a few eyes and it seems either embarrassment or money loss are the only two things that bring about change. Look how many times we are questioned about having allergies.
