As if they care about sound quality that we have to listen to. You'd think when staff see someone is dictating they'd take their loud discussion of last night's party somewhere else, but no! The dictation stations seem to be the preferred hangouts. And those portable dictating devices are a major selling point on the dictation system websites so those are proliferating, not going away:/ More than the background noise, I wish they'd remember to just speak into the mic!
