That information is incorrect. After six years, my PTO was still calculated at the rate of 0.04 X hours worked (40 hours x 0.04 = 1.6 hours PTO). You can only carry over 40 hours of PTO per year. If you don't use it within the calendar year, Nuance will steal it back stating that is 'policy'. The right to do something doesn't make it the right thing to do.
