What do you predict the end result would be of people calling in sick or just not showing up for one day? Just not understanding the logic in playing games and hoping for a good result. Why cant you compile a valid list of complaints and suggestions of workable solutions and then target anyone willing to consider it. If we can show how making us do multiple accounts is actually costing them more money, and give specifics like having to hire more QA staff to "catch" all the errors and the MTs not producing as much due to taking time to read client profiles instead of actual typing time, they might start to listen. They are only interested in money, much like ourselves.
