I work 2nd shift from 3 p.m. to midnight. I can be full of energy at the beginning of my shift and type 1 or 2 reports and then I CANNOT stay awake! I literally fall asleep and my chin hits my chest. Does anyone else suffer from this? I can even take 1 or 2 of those stay awake pills and it does no good. It's like the drone of the dictation puts me to sleep. Any suggestions? Thanks.
