I know how you feel, and it's just miserable to be groggy sleepy when you have to stay awake for your job. I went for a sleep study consultation today, and that's actually one of the symptoms of sleep apnea. Maybe that could be an issue for you, though I do know how this work can lull you to sleep in itself. Once I had a graveyard shift job and got hooked on Red Bull to stay awake. I sure regret that! I no longer work the job but am still drinking Red Bull. Sometimes getting up and running in place helps. I sure sympathize.
