Caffeine makes me sleepy, can you believe it? That's why those No Doz and Stay Alert pills don't work on me. I have a reverse reaction to caffeine. Coffee does the same. I do think maybe the carbs have something to do with it? I will try to refrain from eating before I work. I also think maybe my thyroid. My doctor tells me it's normal but she uses that old range scoring. My mother was hypothyroid, and I have two sisters that are also hypo.
