Caffeine - MT

I have noticed that when caffeine makes me sleepy instead of alert, it means my cortisol is off, I think it has something to do with adrenal insufficiency. I just eat regulary scheduled meals, no caffeine, low sugar, low carb, high fat diet, don't let your blood sugar get low and get as much sleep as you possibly can.
