If you work where I work, they don't want you to take breaks, get up and stretch, etc. They want you typing every second of your shift. God forbid if you might need to go to the bathroom, get a drink, get something to eat or take care of let's say your house burning down, your child bleeding profusely or having seizures, etc....those things are not important. Just they're crappy work for poverty pay. Sorry, just had to rant! Citrus is supposed to make you more alert.
