I saved a document and saw words change. This was a couple months ago and I can't remember the platform or the word but I had to keep the document from sending several times before the correct word "stuck." It was a brand name and it was obvious when it changed. I could easily have sent the document and never caught the word changing. Why aren't the software people having to answer for stuff like this?
