Since we are paid by production the whole micromanaging the time clock thing is ridiculous. A lot of us make our line counts and well over within the 8-hour shift. This company wants to keep a strangle hold on their employees because if they can squeeze anymore blood from your fingers they will. They know the lower the pay they give, the harder you have to work to make it. And then if you run out of work on your designated shift you were hired to cover you have to make it up. This place is a joke.
