How is the new time clock system greedy? As an employee, we are required to punch in/out every day. If you had a job outside of your home - you would be required to do the same thing! This has nothing to do with a "human factor" in business. Companies have to keep track of people's time. If you don't want the requirements of an employee, an IC may be a better fit.
