The writing is on the wall. The place got investigated and they are responding to it. That's what this is about. Of course if the place had employed good management before this mess such as enhancing morale which increases productivity instead of employing micromanaging and hounding then this would not be a factor. People would love their job and want to produce and of course the hours would be there. Does not take a genius to see that this is the result of a long chain of events of poor management leading to poor morale leading to poor timekeeping and now the DOL has stepped in. Good luck to all.
