Download the free version of Express Scribe, then follow the directions Protrans sends you for downloading the voice files. Save the voice files to your desktop. As you select each voice file you have saved in your desktop folder to access the dictation, it will automatically open up in Express Scribe. I have a USB pedal, and had no problem playing the files.
