With ICD 10 coming soon I think getting hired may improve for newbies. sm - still a student

I see companies already hiring hundreds of coders. Also with the older coders maybe not wanting to learn the new ICD 10,they may retire, which will leave a lot of jobs open. With everyone going to ICD 10 I think the playing field may level out a little because we'd all be considered new with that. I'm staying positive.
