What you're experiencing is typical for the degree programs. Too much bureaucracy and not enough common sense and almost no real skills that you need on the job. They just don't have a high enough level of coding. It wasn't worth it. Just cut your losses, go train for the CCS and get on with your career. You can always go back and get the degree later.
