I know several people who spent the money for the course, got certified and never found jobs because of no experience. It all depends, too, on where you live. Do you live in a rural location? If so your chances will be smaller of obtaining a coding position.

Coding is a lot more difficult than MT. I am an MT transitioning to coding and it is proving to be more challenging than I thought.
