question on new comp plan - newbutold

I had 100% from 1/9 through 1/15, 3 jobs edited.  Today a job is reviewed that was transcribed on 1/15 but edited on 1/17 with an age error in it.  Where does that fall.  It does not show up for last week, but shows up on 1/17 but was typed the week prior?  Confused. Thanks for help.

The date transcribed and DATE reviewed must fall in the pay period, so eliminate anything transcribed or reviewed outside of that week, and you will have your score.
Date reviewed can fall outside the pay week. Just has - sm

to be transcribed within the pay week before payroll gets done. So a job that is typed on Thursday can be postaudited on Saturday or Sunday and have that count towards QA percentage.

The PP is Sat - Fri, so you'd put in 1/10 - 1/16, not 1/9 - 1/15, then choose Date of Transcription, and of course, just make sure you choose only Post Audit (and no other type) - to get your QA%.

of them doing a post audit on a Saturday from a job that was transcribed on Thursday??? That's what confused me. It still shows I have a 100% for last week and so far this week technically there has been no job audited since Saturday but this one shows up but shows it was typed on Thursday???

It is all based on the day you did the report and they choose to tear it up as near to the end of the pay cycle in order you don't have a "what difference does it make" attitude toward your work when your docked to 7 cents too early. It's pretty transparent.

when the heck is the dictator's office getting their transcribed reports back? If it was transcribed on the 15th and edited on the 17th, that's only two days apart. However, how do your work weeks run? Friday to Friday? Monday through Friday? Tuesday through Saturday? What's the problem?

Pay week ended on Friday and this was audited on Sunday 2 days into the new pay period where the reports that have already been edited are all 100%

Unfortunately, the way the last email was written, the - audit counts. sm

I always considered myself an average transcriptionist.  On my platform I average about 150 LPH and very rarely do I go over 10% to QC and QA is usually in the 99.5% range.  Based on my last weeks information and using their charts, I will be getting about 2+ cpl more than I have in the past year on my straight production.  I guess I may be way luckier than the people posting here.  Maybe I am a better transcriptionist than I thought I was?  I figure if I only have 1 cra ...

Since it is obvious the new comp plan isn't done maybe we could give them help and point in the right direction.  I would love to hear what everyone thinks, good or bad.  Would you rather get paid hourly or by the line? How about a shift differential for the weekend? What about extra money per report for those accounts with multiple carbon copies and tedious demographic screens? Some companies consider FT and offer benefits at 32 hours, would that be something anyone would be ...

Okay, so our QA score that is used to calculate this mess.  Is it taken from the previous 2 weeks score or is it from the current week that we do the lines?  I am so confused so any help would be appreciated!  I guess what I am asking in a nutshell is,  for this week, will my QA% score be from this week or from last week or from the 2 week score? ...

has anyone had no post audit reports for the week under the new comp plan?  this is my first week of coming across this problem - there were 2 post audits during the week in FIESA, but they were for reports the previous week and I received no PA scores for the week - I'm assuming this puts me in the 0.08000 category for 0%-99% whereas normally getting 100% and this is making a HUGE diff in hourly rate - there needs to be something in place where we have to receive at least 1 PA sc ...

I haven't had a single report audited until today...I had 5 reports audited, all 100%. The very next one knocked my score down to 98.9 (the report was only 9 lines). I'm just wondering if they were going to audit until they found something to knock me down, or if that was indeed a random audit? Today is the last day of my work week and I will be unable to check FIESA until Sunday, so I'll be unable to request a reversal and just be screwed I guess.  Still not seeing the advan ...

I will check for work during my schedule. Work it if possible, if not, just use the no wrk excused absence comment. I am not going to work around the clock to try and make it up. Ridiculous. If you want to, that is okay, but seems crazy to ask people to do this.  Why don't the supervisors/TSMs have a call about this. We get an email, but never anyone to tell us directly about a change. Cant we all write the guys who are on the e-mail we all got if in fact this turns out to be something bad? Flood their emails and desks? Ya know its too bad we cant get together 500+ MLS and go on strike... I would do it. If a ton of us went on strike and demanded fair wages and changes, with noone typing their reports for 48+ hours I think they'd listen. It kind of sounds like the pay will be the same even if they lower the base..... b/c if they lower the base rate but you get a tad extra ...

Sounds like they are taking out the LPH requirements? Or am I the only 1 thinking this? Sounds like they take out the requirement for LPH. Now your lines may drop due to focusing more on QA/blanks/rereading,etc.  Normally that would lower your lines and lower your pay. Now it will lower your lines BUT you will send less to Q and have less mistakes so your pay will ultimately stay the same. This is how I am taking all of this. The only thing I am not getting is if we are going to have a base ...
