Top management suggestions for Nuance - LISTEN TO MT FEEDBACK

Whoever is in charge of VR for Nuance is doing a bad job.  Same mistakes over and over again no matter how many times I have corrected them.  Being paid 4 cpl is an unfair wage for the amount of editing required.

Some of your middle level management is incompetent and actually could be eliminated leaving you the opportunity to pass on their salary savings to MTs  MTs do not need pep talks or "team" emails.  We need to be left to do our work and be paid more so we can make a decent living.

As far as the corporate line with complex and convoluted messages filled with nonsensical catch phrases - give this foolishness up.  Keep it simple without embellishments like "reaching out" or "excited" to try to snooker MTs that you care about them. We are all in business to make money not friends and it is insulting for you to pretend to care.  If you cared you would take less pay and give it to the people who actually do the work, the MTs.  Words are cheap.  Show us you care by raising the pay and cut the BS friend/team pep talks.

To Nuance powers that be/uppermanagement: There is nothing more motivational than being paid well for work well done.

Tired of the stupid semi-promises that are alluded to in The Link and emails. It's a waste of time to try to interpret and I resent someone gets paid to create this junk mail/article while I struggle to make minimum wage on accounts that are filled with mumble mouths, ESL dictators or I run out of work.

It seems that Nuance has really gotten bigheaded. The TSM and QC person I've worked with forEVVVVER in the west is gone, both of them being moved up into new positions, and dividing their accounts and the entire team of MTs/MMEs has been disassembled and moved to other areas.  I am *terribly* sad about this because they were both absolutely amazing to work for, but I'm glad that I'll be staying in the Western region.
