October isn't going to work for me.   You need to give me back the pay you stole from me before October because the bank won't wait that long.   I will be homeless before that.   What would you like me to do?   Transcribe out of my car and use the gas pedal as my foot pedal?   Get real, Nuance!   How do you think we can make a living on what you pay us?   We were doing just fine until you started robbing us blind.   Give us back what you stole ASAP!!!

Dear HR and management: Please recognize that with such low pay I would prefer to not be bothered with your FUN and FANTASTIC GAMES and emails during MT week. I am busy working at minimum wage. I would really prefer a letter of apology from upper management who created the demoralizing FIESA; I would like an apology for being held responsible and punitively and monetarily penalized for dictators that are not held accountable for their lack of clear speaking because you are afraid to offend them, potentially losing their business, yet it is okay to penalize the MLS for the dictators lack of enunciation and accurate patient care by slurring through vitals signs and lab work results, etc; I would like an apology for taking 25 years of experience and cutting my pay to minimum wage; I would like an apology for the false hopes you project about achieving incentive and bonus, while you intentionally undermine my ability to achieve this by giving incentive pay to QA to hunt for errors on reports so that I cannot achieve any incentive or bonus on top of my meager minimum wage. Please donât suggest that this is not the true intention behind this management decision, many MLS know this motive to be true. Being human and all, I do own my occasional mistakes, but I clearly recognize that if I slow down too much, I will be punished with your lack of wanting to pay MUP, even though my day is spent struggling over a faulty VR system and poor dictators that are not held accountable by COMs and/or upper management to do their part in providing safe patient care documentation. Management, please don't send me false kudos during MT week, when your treatment of your MLS speak volumes about your true feelings. There is a reason your MLS are leaving and you cannot keep new hires. NTS please look at your current management team; recognize they made foolish management decisions creating this hostile MLS environment with FIESA, the demeaning practice of QA pitted against MLS, and the false employee perk of achieving incentive and bonuses. We are not just complaining because we have nothing better to do, as you would love to suggest. Management manipulation of the truth is one of your best attributes. Take some responsibility for creating this working environment with such a high percentage of disgruntled MLS. Let go of the team of incompetent managers or dock their pay for each MLS that gave up and ran away from this job due to this NTS pay/incentive/bonus structuring plan made by eager-to-please former MLS/now managers that want to keep their job too and narcissistically think they know better. Look outside for some fresh management thinkers and recreate a positive working environment here at NTS. This company needs new management blood because employee retention is very telling on how a company is managed. Correct the poor wages, unreasonable QA standards, and lack of actual MLS support with difficult and careless dictators. Maybe then your business will build, you will retain your MLS, and you don't have to pay such high salary costs for incompetent managers and a revolving door of MLS being hired and then leaving once they get an understanding of the "true" Nuance. Think about how many more MLS you can have and less HR and recruiting and management staff if you just nurture the MLS doing the job. You, of all companies, should know the cost of hiring and processing out MLS that run to better employers or to other careers. Thanks for trying to âGSDâ about this. I think we MLS definitely deserve some changes and not a week filled with false and insulting thanks by such a poorly managed Nuance Transcription Service company.

Everytime Nuance gets "excited", we lose money i.e. "Capacity Optimization". When they started this in April I have had 2 accounts added (for a total of 6) now, and I still run out of work to the point this was the first time I was not able to pay my rent of $600 (my checks have been $500). Admit it Nuance - YOU KNOW NOTHING AND ARE CLUELESS WHEN IT COMES TO TRANSCRIPTION. If you truly are concerned about your MTs and we are so freaking "valuable" to you, you would not have cut the pay of experienced MTs down to an entry level person!! How insulting, but the kicker is, you think we are stupid enough to believe the BS you are putting out there and still think we are loyal and actually care any more. I for one don't care about doing anything to make you look good. I sign on, do the best I can and sign off. I don't care about your bogus bonus or your MT week games. I just want my money back you took!

I used to hate blanks and would research above and beyond what was necessary with Google and looking at other reports for clues. Now I just leave the blanks with no research. I am not going to get a bonus incentive and I hate the idea of Nuance thinking they are being generous with an unobtainable bonus. Despise the company and the corporate garbage that comes through on their emails.

This is typical. Anything that Nuance announces as exciting months in advance is just paving the way for the final announcement which will most likely be less money. The equal ground will probably be eliminating any bonus, etc so that everyone has the same, easy to understand low line rate. Right now it's just a ploy to string those new enough not to know any better along as they are losing MLS daily. This excising news is nothing more than herding the cow towards some promise of greener grass.

In addition to giving us back what you stole, make the weekly incentive attainable and equitable for all by basing it on daily production, not weekly. There are a lot of people who don't work full time for reasons beyond their control. Therefore, it is punitive to expect them to make enough lines to reach the unattainable bonus. The same holds true when there is a holiday. If someone does decide to use their PTO to take off a holiday, they can kiss the weekly incentive goodbye. The same holds true if they have the audacity to get sick. Whoever thought of this bogus plan in the first place must really be ______.

Lets see if i make 3/6 a line that comes to   250 x 0.03 = 7.50 an hour  -- wow minimum wage. 150 x 0.06 = 9.00 an hour -- McDonald's wages. At 4/7 250 x 0.04 = 10.00 an hour  - Do you see the different 1 cents makes? 150 x 0.07 = 10.50 an hour   even if you did slightly better and could do 300 lines an hour editing you would only get 9.00 an hour.  So to make any money there, you would have to literally kill yourself.  TTS IS NO GOOD. period end of sto ...

As best I can calculate, the Indian MTs are started at about $40/week. This is not an error. I looked at both the application from Nuance (which can be found by googling) as well as the exchange rate. So when you see all the "extras" they are offered, try not to be jealous; they can't buy groceries with those extras.
