OOW - switched to garden sites

I have only been doing this since February but I hate it. I have no motivation and my production stinks. How much more time should I give it before I give up on it? I really wanted to try it; love the company I work for, just am not making enough money. I have to admit, though my attitude is terrible. Good line rate to start (10 cpl) on straight typing, but the account with all that straight typing has gone away and now I'm getting only VR editing (4 cpl) on a different account. Doc says this term several times during the arm examination for this patient. He says "garden" test on right side was positive with resistance to extension of wrist. Also uses the phrase "reverse garden." If it helps, this doc has a very strong New York accent. TIA ...

It has been my experience that any time a company requests that you go to their testing site to complete a test, it seems to be a waste of time in screening candidates. The audio files are extremely hard to hear and half the time the audio skips. There should be a better way to screen applicants than by using these testing sites. It is a no-win situation.
