DQS slow loading jobs...what to do - TNW

I have been waiting for about 10 minutes now for DQS to load this one job and it doesn't show another one listed. This has happened before but I usually just wait it out for a few minutes. It has never taken this long so I think I might call support. Has this happened to anyone else? Thanks MQers!~

My DQS says my internet connection has been lost, but amazingly here I am posting on MTStars with no problems. Piece of junk!

production so they can fire us? Just make the work so slow getting there, it is not NJA, but too slow to meet minimum production for the day.

I also had trouble yesterday getting the ADT to load. Because of the stall, DQS became unresponsive and just shut itself down. When I got it back up, and I got that little message asking what went wrong when DQS shut down improperly, I so wanted to give them an earful about their lousy system.

Every time I call they blame it on Comcast. Funny how I can surf along all day on other sites using Comcast, but every time something goes wrong with DQS, it's Comcast's fault.

I had that attitude for years, even blamed myself for the gradual decline, thought it was due to my own health issues, etc. Well last year I found this site, and now EVERYTHING makes sense. MQ never takes the employees interest to heart. Everything people said would happen has happened or is happening. Some of these changes were even predicted by my seasoned coworkers over 10 years ago, and I refused to believe it at the time. Stupid me.

Now I am living the reality.

I have something else in the works, but until that happens, I am watching my back every day.

I notice some mentioned Verizon down below. Also noticed a post about Comcast a few days ago about having issues. Downloading the reports are too slow this morning. Had issues last night too. Even have issues getting into MQCentral and trying to email support. Also slow getting into MTStars and other websites. The green bar below, when getting on a website, displays almost a full green bar, but seems to get stuck right at the end. Anyone else having issues ...

Thought I would try some of you tecchies out there before hasseling with whatever (if any) tech support DocQscribe has. I am trying to download DQS on my spiffy new machine and getting message "write params failed!" Any idea how to fix this? In the meantime it is back to windows XP and my trusty 10-year-old Dell. *sigh*. Thanks so much in advance for your help! ...

It is insulting to all of us with the way that MT pay has gone down the drain, it is frustrating and aggravating to look for a "decent" job these days, trying to work out which companies will treat you fairly, which ones lie about their platforms, work, etc., and not only do these companies not want to pay us what we are worth but now I see that MANY companies are requiring the MT to have or "be willing" to purchase hundreds of dollars worth of equipment.
