current info on SoftScript? - anon

Can anyone give me current info on SoftScript? Do they have plenty of work, pay on time, line rates, platform etc. Thanks in advance.

I have plenty of work. Pay has always been on time. Line rates are better than most. Platform rates a B.

I have plenty of work also on NINE different accounts. There is much jumping around and changing of account specifics. I will have plenty of work on one account then see a distress email sent out requesting "all hands on deck" to do my account. Once everyone jumps in to help, then I'm out of work on that account and back to account jumping, which is frustrating. Any mistake made, they threaten to pull you from account or actually do pull you from account. If I ever find another company I'm out of here.

So, if someone has a different experience from you and perhaps their experience wasn't quite as glorious that makes them a "Negative Nelly" ? You really shouldn't discourage MTs from basing their opinion on a company, even if it differs from yours. It's great that you are happy where you are, but we all know companies change, close, lose accounts, etc., so if you find yourself in need of a job I'm sure you would prefer to have some reviews on the various companies before you jump aboard.

every day was the same on my accounts, always OOW, let Q manager know, maybe other accounts need help. My pay was half what is was last year at this time. Always paid on time though, just not enough. They used to give set bonuses at your yearly anniversary, don't know if they still do, but you had to stay on people to get them to do your evaluations. The third year or so the bonus doubled, that was nice.

Wondering if anyone has been let go because of sending over 8% of work to QA. They expect our line count to be at least 135 an hour (which for the most part is easily done), our accuracy to be 98+ and under 8% to QA. Sometimes this is not possible. I do everything I can to not send to QA (relisten, utilize google, books, relisten, adjust speed/sound, did I mention relisten, relisten, relisten).....but lets face it there are a boatload of dictators that are just impossible. ...

Is there enough work during 3rd shift? Is the platform easy to use and easy to get your lines in with? How is the health insurance? I saw the premiums for the different levels but didn't see what type of coverage this is (deductible, copays, etc.). I'm a bit worried that your benefits hinge on getting your required lines in each pay period.
