I worked for them briefly in March of this past year. I was an IC and they expected me to have a set schedule and make up days I missed due to illness.

treat you like an employee. I have heard that they spend time defending their practice in the courts of the various states' Employment Insurance Depts. Awful company. I distinctly remember someone here from Texas or Ark, somewhere around there, having to take them to court to get unemployment when obviously they were an employee, not an IC. I would avoid that company.

I am an employee, have a schedule, PTO, health insurance, etc. I do okay. Pay is a little low, but I rarely run out of work and I'm fast. I agree, not good as an IC but they do offer employee status.

you can't really get an objective review of a company from someone who has a "beef" with them.

Is there enough work during 3rd shift? Is the platform easy to use and easy to get your lines in with? How is the health insurance? I saw the premiums for the different levels but didn't see what type of coverage this is (deductible, copays, etc.). I'm a bit worried that your benefits hinge on getting your required lines in each pay period.
