Any current info on Transolutions? Upcoming interview - curious

I have an interview with Transolutions tomorrow. I applied for their STAR team and am curious about types of accounts, flexibility of work schedule, general info like that. I've already received the PDF on their compensation schedule and insurance benefits, so I have an idea what they pay. Just curious what they expect for the line counts they offer, what management is like, do they follow BOS, etc.

Any and all comments welcomed, although I've mostly seen the negatives in the archives search. Anyone happy there for an extended period of time? Thanks in advance!

are very micromanaged. In my experience, I found their QA process to be very inconsistent depending on who was doing the QA. I left because of the platform. It was slow and really hard to keep up any consistent production on it. Good luck to you!

Left a decent paying job to join Transolutions only to find it a big pay cut. Micromanagement extraordinaire, too. No flexibility whatsoever, very punative QA, even taking off for commas - that way you don't qualify for extra pay based on your quality score. I am sure some people are happy there, but I am just not finding it to be anywhere near the opportunity I thought it was going to be. Just another disappointment in this increasingly negative field of work.

I have to agree and I've said it numerous times here. I've been here quite a few years also. The platform STINKS and is very difficult to make a good income on. Very slow starting and sending jobs, lags with keystrokes, etc. I stay right now for personal financial reasons but truthfully am looking forward to finding something else. Decent company, decent people, that just doesn't pay the bills. From what I've seen in our team stats, most Mts are level B-C for VR and 2-3 for straight, of which there isn't that much with all the VR they do. If they changed to a better platform I (along with others too) would probably stay, although the new insurance stinks also. To keep the premiums down they actually went to a plan that charges $100 copay to see a specialist (which includes OB/GYN, Derm, GI, etc.)!!

Hi, I'm looking at Transolutions and haven't seen a lot of current info on the boards about them. Wondering about the quality of the SR and editing. Also, I noticed that they were bought by Accentus and was wondering if there were any changes down the pipeline to be aware of, or are they pretty stable right now? Is there enough work during 3rd shift? Is the platform easy to use and easy to get your lines in with? How is the health insurance? I saw the premiums for the different levels but didn't see what type of coverage this is (deductible, copays, etc.).
