I forgot to mention something. Don't ever, ever, cut down the MT field, a company, a supervisor, or anything like that. That is extremely unprofessional, and interviewers will be worried if things don't work out at their place. I simply stated I was getting out of the field because between electronic medical recording and offshoring overseas, I felt it wise to go into another line of work. Period. End of story. No mention of anything negative, even the pay. Period. Period.
