So we are all clear, this info is just for your normal everyday job, not high-powered, high-energy jobs like management, some sales, marketing, etc. That's a whole different deal. So, if you are qualified in those types of jobs, you'll need to get info on what is appropriate in terms of resumes and cover letters for those jobs.
