I'm glad I got fired from Softscript. I have 2 new positions, part-time and full-time, and they are employee, not IC. The people are nice, patient, organized, helpful and communicative. The work is much easier too. When you're in a bad job, you think they're all the same but they're not. The pay is terrible, but it was too at SS. Also, it's not just MTs whose wages are stagnant. There are a lot of jobs like that because everything's a conglomerate these days, no competition. Oh well.
