IMO this post is misleading unless this OP was there more than six months. You sign an agreement that you will stay at least six months, or you have to pay for the training. I was skeptical about signing that but I needed the job. I actually enjoy the work, supervisors are nice, and pay is good. If I ever leave, it is because I really dont want to work at home anymore. It has its downs as well as its ups.
