you didn't hear or see bad management? You saw people trying their best to keep their teams informed? Really? That's what you heard?

I heard employees who had been lied to, promised incentives, worked hard to keep this company afloat and were then told after the fact that their platform wasn't eligible. How can a manager be expected to explain that bait and switch? Yes, that manager became a lightening rod, because finally someone was heard to take responsibility for this fiasco. She said, we blew it, we really blew it. That encapsulated this whole episode. It's hard to win back trust once you've been lied to. Why wasn't the company honest to begin with? Where was the communication? Why was the company silent? Why not more Enrich updates? Answer? Nuance doesn't care about it's employees. They left us in the dark and let this anger fester. That speaks volumes about all levels of management.

You say we're incapable of being team players? What do you call people who worked their fingers to the bone, broke keyboards, strained muscles, spent time away from their families all to help this company in its time of need? What you wrote is just astounding, astonishing, shocking. I have no more words.
