You are making many assumptions and that is not - a sign of informed thinking

You can call names etc. and try to make it look as if this is just a insignificant few, but it doesn't hold up against the facts.

I'm sorry that you feel picked on whether you are Nuance mgt or an investor, or whoever, but this is what is happening and it isn't going away until the courts, labor board, attorney general and the media have been informed because that is what Nuance forced people to do.

Nuance could have stopped this at any point but THEY (NUANCE) made poor choices that forced the MTs to take a stand in their own behalf. These were model employees. They didn't sign on with Nuance with the intent to be "disguntled."

If they are as you say "disgruntled" then they are a product of what Nuance has created. I personally wouldn't say they are disgruntled. They are furious, disgusted, disheartened and angry enough to do what they need to do to maintain their rights and dignity.
