This is going to be found illegal by miles. Don't contact the U.S. labor department. That is hilarious. Go talk to a lawyer who practices this kind of law. Honestly, there are so many jobs out there now I can't see why anyone stays in MT. I'm using it right now because I want to work from home. But I send out resumes every day. This will end.
