could cause you to be let go, because the employer has to make up the difference between your production and minimum wage. In other words, you are costing them money. You'd eventually be let go for failure to meet production standards. Most MTSOs I have worked for have given me 2 or 3 pay periods to get up to speed before the warnings to up production would start and I have always gotten there.
