Not every platform has the capability to allow you to look up prior reports, so that could be the first issue.

Second ... as stated before, ops are a bit of a specialty onto their own. It takes time to learn them for just a single specialty, but if you're working on a hospital account, having to learn multiple specialties can be the equivalent of driving 65 mph on a traffic-free highway to driving in rush hour traffic.
