You have the option to look up previous reports and find terms you are unfamiliar with. You can look them up online. maybe you just want all the easy work and then leave the harder to other people. I don't see the big deal. How many other places are gong to hire you for "Acute care" and you tell them you cant do op notes? If they are looking to get rid of people (AND I AM NOT SAYING THEY ARE) who is going to get the ax first? one that can do ops or one that cant? You may regret that one day!
