I never said I don't want to do them. Said I'm not making any money by the way they are making me learn them. I get paid by production and they are making it impossible for me to be productive. Hurts me and them in the long run. Of course I'm complaining and letting off steam. Where else can I go to do that where they will understand what I'm saying? All of this comes down to poor planning on their part. They have totally screwed up a once great company. And they continue on with their mistakes instead of fixing them. Making the MT pay the price. I WILL learn the op notes, but then I'm leaving. Just a warning to people thinking about taking a job with this place. You are just a means to an end to them. This is not a profession anymore. It's keep your head down, do your job, and shut up. Take what we offer you and be happy. Don't make waves or you get worse work. Same with complaining.
